And of course there are stun guns. Some people think of tasers when they think of stun guns and tasers are a highly effective, sophisticated type of stun device. But what we're talking about here are the hand-held and battery charged devices that have prongs on one end that conduct current between the two prongs. When applied to an assailant, the electrical charge causes the body's muscular system to over work-similar to running a marathon. So the assailant has no energy left.
